Brazil business visa Type II San Francisco Consulate

 

  1. Original passport with signature(valid 6 months beyond stay with at least two clear unused visa pages)
  2. 1 completed visa application form/ Receipt ("Protocolo") Click Here ALL fields must be filled out, not only those indicated with an asterisk. Incomplete forms will be returned;

  3. 1 passport photo full face white background (2 inches by 2 inches)

  4. Business visa applicants will need to submit a letter from their U.S. company explaining the purpose of their trip and providing a financial guarantee. If requesting a long term multiple entry visa (TYPE II) you must provide a detailed letter stating that the purpose of the trip is for business meetings and is of a non-technical nature. Name address and phone number of the contact person in Brazil must be mentioned in the letter. Included in this letter must be the phrase "No technical assistance will be provided”

  5. 1 Copy of flight itinerary (complete round trip)
  6. 1 Copy of Drivers License.(the address on the license must be consistant with the address on the visa application form.)
  7. Foreign passport holder: Copy of USA immigration status (green card H1 etc.)
  8. USA passport consulate fee for business Type II visa is $160 payable only with a “US Postal Svc. Money order”. If you do not provide the money order Peninsula Visa will charge $25 to obtain one for you.
  9. Foreign passport holder fee (call Peninsula Visa)
  10. As of  June 24, 2010 Peninsula Visa processing time is 8-10 business days.

 

When all documents have been prepared please call Peninsula Visa at 1-800-665-8472 to start a work order and to get shipping instructions.  Do not send any documents to Peninsula Visa until you have initiated a work order.
