• Original valid passport and copies of the information page and every page that has a visa stamp.
• Passport must be valid six months after the DEPARTURE from Ireland and have at least one unused clear visa page.
• 1 completed visa application form. Click here for instructions regarding completing the form online.This is the new on line process.
• 2 color Passport photos (2 inches by 2 inches full face white background).
• Applicant must print their name on the back of the photos.
• Business letter: Must state you will be returning to your position in your company and mention the duration of stay and the number of entries you are requesting.
• Invitation letter. MUST BE ORIGINAL confirming the dates, reasons for visit, details of who will meet costs of trip, accommodation details, and full contact details.
• Flight Itinerary and hotel reservation.
• Original immigration status and copy.(Alien card or H1b & I94 for example.
• Original Health Insurance Card.

All letters submitted should be on official company headed paper and give full contact details for verification purposes. These must include a full postal address, name of contact, position in company, telephone number (landline) and email address where relevant. (Email addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail are not accepted). Website address should also be included, if available.

NOTE:  All documents must be submitted in English.

Consulate fee $110 for Single entry

Consulate fee $165 for Multiple entry, at the discretion of the Consulate.

Regular processing APPROXIMATELY 14 working days.

Consulate will issue visa ONLY when they have been able to verify information in documents provided.

CONSULATE ONLY ISSUES VISAS ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.
