How it Works

1. Gather the documents listed below.

2. Ship documents and passport. 

3. Receive your new passport.



Am I eligible for a passport renewal?

  • Your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 or older
  • Your most recent passport is undamaged and in your possession
  • Your most recent passport was issued within the last 15 years
  • Your most recent passport is issued in your current name or your can legally document your name change

Step 1: Gather Documents Below

 Estimated time of burden is 25 minutes.


1. Complete Online Application DS-82

  • You must complete the application online and then print it out. 
  • Handwritten applications and double sided printing are not allowed.




2. One Passport Photo

  • You must include one passport photo 2x2in on a white background taken within the past three months.



3. Current or Most Recent US Passport

  • You must submit your curent or most recent undamaged passport. Your old passport we will be returned back to you along with your new one. (?)



4. Two Authorization Letters

  • You must print and sign two Authorization Letters. This letter gives us the ability to hand deliver the documents to the Passport Office on your behalf. 
  • The letters must have an original signature, they cannot be copies.
 







5. Flight Itinerary
  • You must include a copy of your flight itinerary. (?)






  • Our internal order form, please complete and send with your documents.

Optional Document Review

Attach your documents in the widget below or email them to review@peninsulavisa.com 
and an agent will review them to make sure everything is in order. (?)




Step 2: FedEx Documents

  • Simply click the FedEx logo below and a shipping label will automatically be generated to use for sending your documents. Print the label and place the documents in a FedEx envelope. An additional fee of $35 will be applied to your order.
