Julia Precourt has been an integral part of Peninsula Visa for more than 13 years, bringing deep expertise in customer support and operational excellence to her role as Senior Operations Manager.

Based in Los Angeles, Julia oversees customer support, ensures document accuracy, and provides trusted guidance on requirements and processing times—helping clients navigate complex travel challenges with confidence.

Earlier in her career, Julia worked on-site with Nike, where she gained first-hand experience managing high-volume, fast-paced visa and passport needs.

That foundation, combined with her customer service background, has shaped her ability to deliver solutions with precision and care.

Known for her problem-solving skills, Julia takes pride in “making what seems to be the impossible trip possible,” ensuring clients can travel securely and on time.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys rockhounding, exploring thrift shops, and discovering hidden treasures—whether in nature or in everyday life.
