With a background as a Passport and Visa Agent and experience in client support and operations, she has built a career dedicated to guiding travelers through complex requirements with clarity and confidence.

At Peninsula Visa, Suzie focuses on cultivating and expanding partnerships with high-value clients, ensuring relationships are strengthened and new opportunities uncovered. She is recognized for her ability to build lasting trust, simplify the travel document process, and deliver exceptional service that empowers clients to travel with peace of mind.

Over her tenure, Suzie has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth—managing the Los Angeles office, training new team members, supporting business travel programs, and representing Peninsula Visa in meetings with government agencies. Outside of work, Suzie is an avid traveler with 17 countries stamped in her passport. She enjoys creating memories with her children, from building LEGO masterpieces to savoring new cuisines and chasing adventures around the globe.
