If a covered traveler enters incorrect travel dates, makes a typo, or their trip gets rescheduled, VisaFlex™ covers the full cost of reissuing a new visa—including consular, government, and service fees.

What does VisaFlex™ cover?
VisaFlex™ covers incorrect travel dates, rescheduled or delayed trips requiring a new visa, typos in critical details such as passport number or name, and changes in travel routes requiring a visa modification.
What is not covered by VisaFlex™?
VisaFlex™ does not cover visa denials due to ineligibility or false information, fraudulent applications, travel changes made more than 15 days after the visa is issued, or countries that do not allow reissuance of eVisas.
