VisaFlex™ can be purchased for your visa any time before your Peninsula Visa eVisa order is completed. Proof of purchase is required.

  • VisaFlex™ is an optional add-on that provides protection if travel plans change or mistakes are made when applying for an eVisa. If a customer enters incorrect travel dates, makes a typo, or their trip gets rescheduled, VisaFlex™ covers the full cost of reissuing a new visa—including consular, government, and service fees.

    How it works:

    1. Order VisaFlex™ from within your Flow once your order is placed.

    2. If changes are needed, contact us through your Flow.

    3. We’ll reissue your visa at no extra cost.

    VisaFlex™ ensures travelers have peace of mind, knowing their eVisa is flexible if plans shift.

  • VisaFlex™ provides coverage for common travel changes and application mistakes, including:

    • Incorrect travel dates entered during the visa application.

    • A rescheduled or delayed trip that requires a new visa.

    • Typos in critical details (e.g., passport number, name).

    • Changes in travel routes requiring a visa modification.

    If any of these situations apply, we’ll process a new eVisa free of charge

  • VisaFlex™ is designed to provide flexibility, but there are a few scenarios it does not cover:

    ❌ Visa denials due to ineligibility or false information.

    ❌ Fraudulent applications or misuse of the service.

    ❌ Travel changes made after more than 15 days after the date the visa has been issued.

    ❌ Countries that do not allow reissuance of eVisas.

    If a reissuance isn’t possible, we’ll inform you and guide you on the next steps.

  • If your travel dates change or you need a new visa, requesting a reissuance is simple:

    1. Log in to Peninsula Visa and send us a message with your updated details.

    2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

    3. We’ll process your new eVisa as quickly as possible.
